All applications must be postmarked & or received via email no later than March 31, 2013.

Students who have been awarded a scholarship will be notified on or around May 1, 2013.  Checks will be sent to the school or program, not directly to the student or parent, except in the case of college tuition.  It is the responsibility of the student to provide appropriate billing information to the Arts Council, including the scholarship recipient’s social security number.
